We stumble upon this fantastic place with a last minute cancellation, we were extremely lucky! A beautiful lodge with everything you need for it to feel like home. The site itself was just what we wanted. Out children loved the pool and splash area and felt comfortable in the lodge. Lovely decking area which we made use of to enjoy breakfasts and evenings. Close to the beach and Bude town centre. We will definitely be back! Zoe was the perfect host and extremely responsive. We can't wait to return!

Had a lovely stay at Zoe's place, highly recommend if you are staying near Bude. Easily walkable into the town and to shops and the beach, and everything was perfectly clean and comfortable had everything we needed for our stay 10/10.
Lodge 17, Hartland Forest, Devon
We enjoyed our stay so much and the service during our stay including weekly towel and bed linen change was extraordinary. If you are looking for a nice rural countryside cottage this is just perfect! Also our dogs enjoyed the area a lot.
Lovely lodge in a peaceful location. Spotlessly clean and well equipped all round. Good size rooms and a nice balcony with great views. Free access to nearby lakes for walks and fishing. Highly recommend for a relaxing rural break.

Zoe and her husband were hospitable and catered to our every need. They provided an amazing guidebook with all the relevant information about the property, things to do, walks, walks, beaches, shopping etc it was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Little Orchard truly is a home from home with every comfort you could imagine. The beds were extremely comfortable for 8 adults and 1 child, everyone slept like babies! Hartland is a magical hidden gem with amazing scenery and amazing walks from the house. It is an absolute must and biggest 5 star all round. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Raja Patel

We wanted a quiet place for a family gathering. The walk to and from the beach was lovely but challenging for very young children and elderly people. No tempting night life if that's what you want but plenty to do in the house with gym, garden, TVs, toys, etc. Country lanes so care needed for walkers and drivers. A beautiful spot with plenty of places to drive to if you want.
Very impressed with the property. A home from home, had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space for all the family ranging from 6-74 years old. Weather was beautiful to explore the surrounding area. Access to the location narrow track roads. Would definitely revisit!
